Am I able to make changes to my order or add to it?

Maybe. It entirely depends on what stage we are currently in, in preparing your order. Please contact us ASAP if you like to make any changes in your order. Any changes made may effect fulfillment times and may change the cost of your order.​

 

My order was wrong, what can I do?

Due to the custom nature of our orders, we generally do not take returns. We take multiple quality control steps to ensure that your order is exact to the specifications we receive. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please use the Contact Us page and we will do our best to rectify the situation.​​

Can I pickup my order to save on shipping costs?

Yes, absolutely! We offer a free local pickup at our Scarborough, Ontario warehouse. By appointment only.  Please contact us to arrange this.​​

 

How long will my order take to complete?

Depends. Due to the custom nature of every print, some orders may require more work than others.

Turn around times may be from one hour to one week. For rush deliveries, it is best to contact us before submitting your information for a quote.
